In 1998, Glasmuseet Ebeltoft’s Exhibition Committee was established. The Committee's main objective is to ensure a varying and wide selection of work and exhibitions are shown at the museum, and to support and encourage artists, in particular, emerging and newly established artists.
In 1998, the Committee awarded a $3,500 Study Grant to a young graduate from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, Amsterdam, Holland who participated in the exhibition “ConGRADUATED 98”, which showed graduate work by artists from various colleges and academies in Europe and Japan.
Today, the Committee consists of Finn Lynggaard · Lene Bødker (DK) · Susanne Jøker Johnsen (DK) · Micha Karlslund (DK) · Mia Lerssi (DK) · Dagmar Brendstrup (Executive Director) and Sandra Blach (Exhibition Coordinator).
