The museum is open all year round with the following opening hours:

Jan. - Mar. : 10am-4pm, closed monday *
Apr. - Jun.  : 10am-5pm
Jul. - Aug.  : 10am-6pm
Sep. - Oct. : 10am-5pm
Nov. - Dec. : 10am-4pm, closed monday   

*Please note that the museum is open on Mondays in the winter half-term break (weeks 7 and 8), during the Easter holiday and all other bank holidays.
The museum is closed on 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st December and 1st January.
The Glass Studio might be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays outside school holidays.

Adults: DKK 85.00 / Euro 12.00
Children (0-12 years incl.): Free admission
Children (13-17 years incl.): DKK 20.00 / Euro 3.00
Groups (min. 20 people): 20% discount
Carers for disabled visitors: Free admission

Annual season tickets: DKK DKK 150.00 / Euro 21.00 
A season ticket is valid for 12 months and can be purchased at any time during the year. 

The museum consists of three buildings: The new wing with a reception area, a café and exhibition spaces on the ground and 1st floor; the old building with a shop and exhibition spaces on the ground and 1st floor and The World of glass on 2nd floor, and the hot glass studio in the museum's garden. On average, guests usually spend 1,5-3 hours when visiting the museum.
